good processor
- Pros: works great and overclocks like a champ
- Cons: gosh i hate intel's stock cooler, I should have goten a nice after market one just because the stock is such a pain to seat properly.

Dual-Core E6500 Wolfdale 2.93GHz
- Pros: Works great with an Asrock 4coredual-SATA2 R2.0 flashed with BIOS 2.20A.
- Cons: It wasn't free.
- Other Thoughts: I took a chance on this processor being compatible with my 4coredual-SATA2 R2.0 motherboard. It is not one that is listed as compatible, but I figured if a wolfdale E7600 would work, then this should too. Sure enough, I am running this at 3.3GHz riding on a 1200MGHz FSB with no adjustments at all. I do have one of the modded BIOS files from PCTreiber 2.20A.

- Pros: Just got this today and I must say I am very impressed with the performance boost this gave to my system. definately worth it if you are building a midrange pc on a budget.
- Cons: only 2m L2 cache but it is barely noticeable.
