NeoGen 3/14/2011 4:55:30 PM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 2/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 4/5Expensive but great chip of RAM Pros: Very stable memory chip as it needs to be for a server environment, registered and capable of Error Correction and Checking (ECC). 4Gb in 1 chip is awesome because it leaves you with plenty of slots free for future upgrades. It's been working flawlessly on a Tyan Thunder h1000e (S3970). Cons: Unfortunately the price is way above what I would think it's reasonable, but alas there is no alternative because any kind of server components its inherently expensive. Other Thoughts: If I didn't have to worry about how many free slots I have in the motherboard, I would have purchased 2x2Gb for a much cheaper price. Did you find this review helpful? No issues. Just make sure you populate the correct banks first. Cons: None. Other Thoughts: Great price, works great, no complaints. Cons: While not a comment on the product itself, i always wish ECC memory was cheaper but there just isn't the market for it. Sigh Other Thoughts: Great memory. I have 16GB of it now and love it. I bought 4 of these modules for a total of 16 GB of RAM. They are running in a PowerEdge T300 server. The server posted without any problems and recognized all the RAM.
