Pros: Worked right out of the box and fit into my HD slot as my old one did. Was able to transfer all of my files without issue.

Successful replacement on Dell Dimension 4600

Pros: Easy out of the box installation. Replaced an 80g original HDD with this 320g. Old drive was imaged to a 250g second harddrive (another WD item from Newegg!) using the Acronis software. Substituted this drive for the old, recovered the system to this drive, and everything is transparent - looks exactly like the old desktop and all software and peripherals function perfectly.
Only difference - instead of 4g free space, now have 200g+
