Pros: The Drive is exceptional. I loaded Windows 7 and it took 20 minutes. Other drives took 30 minutes. Performace tools have this drive write performace off the radar.

Pros: Works perfectly.
No SATA connector problems
Has a lot of room.
Cons: Can't really say it's a con but, it's only 5400RPM.
Other Thoughts: Bought this HDD from Best Buy and intend on buying about 10 more in the near future from NewEgg for servers. Really low noise and power consumption.

Pros: Very quiet drive compared to a standard WD non-green drive, there isn't any of the rattling static noise; energy efficient, large capacity and cache.
Cons: It seems a little slow on initial access but ramps up decently.
