Pros: It works. Not much to say...it only has one function and it seemed to do it just fine.
Cons: Personally I prefer the Western Digital drives because most of them have free shipping.

Pros: Great drive for the money. Installed and running with in an hour. Runs Quiet and cool. Came well packed in bubble wrap and as usual with Newegg, got it in less than 3 days.
