2 out of 5 eggsWhat is Logitech doing????

Pros: Great design, very good range.

Cons: The Past - The K350 had been my keyboard of choice for YEARS. The design was very comfortable, the action of the keys WAS great, excellent feel when typing. Then others were starting to have issues using my keyboard so I bought a new one.. yikes! All the center keys felt terrible the clunked, they banged against the base of the board when typing.. I hated this keyboard.

Other Thoughts: Thought it was just a bad keyboard so I returned it to Newegg and got another... SAME ISSUE!!! I now have a brand new Logitech K350 keyboard I refuse to use.. it is that terrible to type on with the center keys (T, G, B, Y, H, N & 6, 7), the clunk is very annoying, the feel of those affected keys sucks... Logitech had been my choice for many years (as in decades)... as of late I am avoiding them like the plague.

5 out of 5 eggsThe Keyboard of Keyboards

Pros: - So comfortable you'll be tempted to use it as a pillow at night. (Not that I've ever fallen asleep at my computer before, wink wink.)
- Place to rest your wrists while you're not typing.
- Programmable Function Buttons (Makes your life exponentially easier)
- Media Buttons (Play/Pause, Next, Previous, Volume, Mute, Stop)
- Comfortable feel, but you don't need to re-learn how to use the keyboard.
- Ability to disable Caps Lock, Windows Key, or Insert key.
- Keys are really quiet when you type. Handy for late night typing.
- Just about anything you'd ever want in a keyboard.

Cons: I press really hard when I type, and as a result, the keys are not as quiet as when I first purchased it. However, it is still quieter than most other keyboards I've encountered. Other than that, there are no further problems.

Other Thoughts: I have had this keyboard for almost two years now and am actually using it to type this review. Please note that I am very picky when it comes to keyboards and comfort while at the computer. I typically use my computer more than 60 hours a week. Much of that time is spent writing code for computer games, a very demanding task for a keyboard. I am pleased to say the keyboard has stayed in one piece, the letters on the keys are still bright white (I've seen how the letters on many cheaper keyboards fade after a while), and I've only replaced the batteries once (I almost never turn the keyboard off, so this is saying something). The media buttons allow me to play/pause my music or change the volume without needing to take my eyes off what I'm doing. The function buttons allow me to open my email, calendar, or just about anything important with the tap of a button. Plus, Logitech makes it easy to customize buttons the way you seem fit using the low-profile but highly useful provided software. For example, I don't use Outlook (the default for the email button), so I simply remapped my email button to open the Gmail web site using the provided software. I have used a lot of keyboards, but at the end of the day it's nice to sit down at my computer and be able to use my favorite keyboard.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat keyboard

Pros: *I have had it for about 3 years so far
*I think I replaced the battery once? - I never actually turn off the keyboard and use it daily.
*Has an ergonomic feel without being obstructive - you can still use the WSAD keys without feeling like you're contorting your hand, but you can also type papers for hours without feeling hand cramps.
*Many keys.. But a lot are programmable - I really only use the mute/calculator functions
*Wireless, easy to move around on your desk, or if you get bored of typing in one position, it is easy to set the keyboard on your lap and keep typing.
*Range, I believe I have used this from about 15ft at one point, but never needed anything more.

Cons: *It does not have a macro that will write my papers for me built in ;)

Other Thoughts: *I bought this as a pair with the keyboard/mouse for about $60 a few years back. I see the price has slightly gone up without a mouse, but it is still probably worthwhile.

*Remember, the accessories make the computer come alive.

*If you really need many extra keys for things like macros, you may as well get a separate device (I use the Logitech G13) and it works very well. More than likely if you use a keyboard for your macro's, hand-space will be limited very quickly.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Keyboard Ever

Pros: This is by far the best keyboard I every purchased. It has the perfect ergonomic design and excellent battery life. The unifying connect software works great with other logitech devices.

Cons: I bought for 50$ when I returned to buy another it went up to 78$ so it's pretty expensive for a keyboard. Also the install CD didn't come with the unifying software.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome! Well built and lasts!

Pros: I have had this keyboard for over a year now and it has been just awesome. Key feedback is just right. Also, I just spilled coffee in it, and upon disassembling it I found that the key tray was designed to catch spills and not let them get down to the circuit board. The keys removed easily and i'm back up and running! Overall, great product. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: none
