Pros: Super easy installation, 2 screws to hold in the base, and 4 thumb screws to attach the stand to the monitor.
Fits perfectly with my acer 22'' monitor, and has 2-3 inches to spare in portrait mode if i wanted to go bigger.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: Great stand for a great price. Height is awesome, and the adjustments are easy to do.

Pros: I ordered this to mount to the back of my Asus 24 incher and it works perfectly. I was skeptical because it says it only works up to 22 inches, but it worked perfectly with my monitor. Took about 10 mins to install and I was up and running: rotating my monitor a full 90 degrees. Perfect for programmers (I can see 150 lines of code) and anyone else who needs to type a lot.
Cons: When rotated a full 90 degrees, the monitor pulls back on it a little and it doesn't stay quite at 90. It looks a little more like 87. If you stood back and looked at it, it wouldn't look straight vertical. This hasn't bothered me at all though, really. When it does, I just put something under the monitor to make sure that it can't readjust.
