Pros: no pros when you ship me junk

Cons: I wish I could give them less than 1 egg on this one. Item received was used with scratches on the suction cup and cup mounting surface which means the suction cup will not hold for long then conveniently drops your smartphone on the ground.

Other Thoughts: Don't know if they sold a lot like this but they should not sell any used as it is critical on an item like this for there to be no scratches on the mounting surface or it is junk.

Pros: -Fits many phones and devices
-Relatively inexpensive
-Option of friction pad for dash or suction for window
-Friction pad has worked perfectly so far; not a single slip

Cons: -EXTREMELY cheaply made
-Suction cup can't be trusted
-Price fluctuates drastically (I purchased it on 'sale', and the price was cut in half within a month)
-The device 'grip' breaks/slips VERY easily

Other Thoughts: With all the bad reviews, I was sure to use this item with 'kid gloves' and be even more careful than I usually am. (For reference, I don't break things. I still have toys/electronics/things that have been used for nearly 30 years.) The grip on this contraption started slipping almost immediately. The top grip would push in, and the bottom grip would slide down instead of up. Fail.

Also, the suction cup was badly deformed right out of the box. It took melting it on my dash in the Texas summer heat before it would work at all.

The friction pad has worked better than my I could have ever imagined. Of course, it could be that in the summer heat has actually melted it to my dash. I've been too scared to move it. If it hasn't been melted, I'm afraid that if I move the pad it will lose it's miraculous grip.

With the extremely high problem/failure rate of this device, I couldn't recommend a purchase unless the price was 5 bucks or less.

Pros: Cheap price and works ok but not great.

Cons: I lived in NE, weather is cold. I have this over the winter, it is not working well with me. I bought it because it has a base to hold my phone. Each time I made an average hard turn, the base just slide. The unit with my phone been on floor multiple times, that when I said enough.
Yes, I cleaned the base and dashboard, still the same. Maybe I will give it a shot when it gets hotter to see the base can stay still.

Pros: Nice design IMO. Soft padding that squeezes phone so no scratches.

Cons: Next time I'll have to pay closer attention to the description. I don't like the idea that the mount isn't really mounted at all... its just sitting on top of a base. The base itself is nice and heavy and the bottom has a very nice plastic/rubbery feel to it for a nice grip. But what I was looking for was more of a suction cup approach. I have noticed that there IS a suction cup attached to the piece that fits into the base but I haven't had a chance to try it out. If that works than I'll have to give back the egg I took away.

Other Thoughts: My general feeling towards this product is 2 thumbs up. I bought this for my Galaxy S3 and haven't had the issues mentioned previously with the slipping but this is probably due to the fact that I have a nice rubbery cover for my phone. However after reviewing the product it seems odd that even without a phone cover the phone would slip... the mechanism seems to tighten REALLY well... I was originally going to remove an egg but decided not to as I realized there are some pretty cool reasons to have the base. I like to have my phone available and if possible visible from my desk so I've placed the base on my desk and just carry the suction cup portion in with me. For the price I paid for this I am very happy with what I've received.

Pros: Two attachments for window or dash. Works great for iphones. The price was well worth it since it was less than 10 dollars. Way better than buying it at a local store. Suction is strong and dash weight is acceptable with the anti skid rubber at the bottom.

Cons: Doesn't fit my PSPgo, but maybe that is just me. I can see that some products such as my PSPgo has the charging cable in places were the mount doesn't allow you to plug in the cables to these devices, minor flaw..not enough to take an egg off

Cons: My first clue should've been they're practically "giving them away." The suction cup doesn't work... never worked, and that makes the entire item of no use to me. Like the other guy said, ". . . the weight of the base alone prohibits reasonable return postage," so I guess I'm stuck with exactly what I deserve... what I paid for.

Other Thoughts: I guess I could super glue the suction cup to the base.

Pros: The product is not of exceptional quality, but it is more than worth the discounted price.

Cons: The suction cup was defective and wouldn't adhere to glass or the base.

Other Thoughts: Rosewill's customer service really surprised me. I thought it would be an ordeal RMA'ing, but the process was quick and easy. Coincidentally I was browsing to the comments to make sure I wasn't missing something, and I stumbled upon the CS phone number. I was on hold for about 30s before being transferred to tech support. The tech rep quickly confirmed my suspicions about the suction cup and began the RMA process. Realizing shipping would cost more than the discounted product itself, he decided to comp shipping costs. Based on his estimates, it'll take around a week for me to ship the product back to the factory, receive it, and ship me a new one. All told, I probably spent less than 5m on the phone.

Pros: looks nice. Can be set on dash or windshield. Stable. holds as phone as gps. Easy to adjust. And price -10 $

Cons: Arms seem rather fragile.
Does not work with the Galaxy note 2 in Landscape mode

Other Thoughts: I'm hoping the suction cup will last. During the first week , it fell off the windshield one time.

Pros: Love it, holds my iphone 4s (with bumper) perfectly, very nicely constructed. No issues.
