5 out of 5 eggsYeah, its Great

Pros: Aside from the easy Bluetooth hookup, the sound coming through an FM channel is just outstanding. Call clarity (in addition to streaming music) is much better through an FM channel than my Bluetooth hands-free speaker setup I use in our other car and the voice recognition is at least as good. Very convenient and useful gadget.

Cons: Occasionally, it takes a little while to lock on an available FM channel but not often so its not enough to deduct an egg.

Other Thoughts: If you don't have integrated bluetooth in your vehicle(s) then I would strongly suggest considering this product over a bluetooth speaker product.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Easy to setup and use. Warranty replacement of parts was quick and easy. Good support. Works as I expected within the limitations of available radio frequencies, etc.

Cons: The rubber mounts holding the unit in the accessory power in my vehicle wore out and it would not maintain electrical contact. I contacted customer support and they sent me a new power arm without any hassle.

Other Thoughts: Good support if something goes wrong.

5 out of 5 eggsThe transmitter that actually works.

Pros: After using several of these types of products over the years back to the cassette type, then the iroc, then the previous model from this company and now the X2. I can tell you this one works really well. The bass is remarkable. If you have used any of the past products that have been available for this purpose, you are going to be floored.

Cons: As to the negative ratings that some people have shared... I don't get it. I have used this device in all types of conditions from large city to the middle of BFE and it performs well. It is trickier to find a channel when nearly every one is occupied by a radio station but that is the beauty of this device. You can choose from anywhere on the radio dial instead of only a choice of 4 frequencies like most of these devices give you.

Other Thoughts: If you can buy a car with a system that makes this device unnecessary then buy it. If not then this is the best device available to do what you are asking it to do. I hate trolls.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Every thing is good and easy to set up.

Cons: The volume is too low. I have to turn my car volume to max then can hear some thing. If I am running at the highway, I don;t think I can hear any music.

4 out of 5 eggsCool Technology

Pros: Easy to connect. Sounds excellent. Much better than using a cassette player with a cord. Now you can have unlimited music choices on your long car trips. Just download one of those many radio apps out there. No more FM drift.

Cons: Slight hiss on silent but disappears when music is playing, So not a big deal. Both my daughter's and my phone are connected to this device. It gets confused. One of us must turn the bluetooth off for the other person to connect properly.

Other Thoughts: If you are using the old fashion cassette player to play MP3 in your car, you need this, Works great and passengers are not restricted to a cord.

5 out of 5 eggsFast shipping and extremely good

Pros: Gotta love the Bluetooth feature. It's so amazing. The auto seeking radio station is useful because I have no idea which stations to tune to. Little to no static interference at all. Totally worth the price.

Cons: NOthing yet.

4 out of 5 eggsQuite Awesome

Pros: Nice to be able to listen MP3's from my phone on any car radio! -No annoying cords and easily transfers quickly to any vehicle with cig lighter power. Easy to take phone calls and leaves hands free for driving.

Cons: I read the reviews before I buy, so I was aware of how to tune it in to my radio, and that the sound quality is not perfect. -It does however do the job very well, and I am happy with this purchase. I knocked one egg off for a quality / engineering problem. In the power plug, the positive terminal fell out along with the fuse under it and the chrome ring that holds it on. It is very sloppily threaded and the chrome ring that holds this part of the assembly together fell off easily. It would easily be remedied with a drop of superglue, but if the fuse ever blows after that, one would have to break it in order to replace the fuse. I opted to use some threadlocker to prevent this from happening again. So far so good.

Other Thoughts: much cheaper than replacing a cars stereo with one that has bluetooth.. Easy to transfer it from one car to another. With a 12v adapter and a cig lighter I was able to use it in my house.. ;)

4 out of 5 eggsVery cool unit

Pros: Easy to use. Bluetooth pairs very fast. The built in mount that plugs into the auxiliary power port in the car is awesome.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I bought this to allow my girlfriend to listen to audio books in the car. I tried to replace the stereo, but the built in "premium sound" system in the car made it nearly impossible. Books sound great, and I played music from my MP3 player and it also sounds great.

One caveat is it is not hi fidelity. You are, after all, playing through the radio. But, overall, it is a pretty impressive device.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Great quality, easy to connect to, allows for handsfree calling through your car speakers pretty easily. The flexible neck is nice too.

Cons: If the station is occupied it does get pretty fuzzy. The knob feels a little flimsy.

Other Thoughts: I'd recommend it to a friend if they don't have an aux port in their car.
