Question 1

my pc and fans wont start after inserting new videocard in my f2a58m-ds2 motherboard ...i havent disable my onboard yet...if i disable my onboard..will my problem solve ?

First of all are you sure your comp isn't starting or is it that it's not outputting graphics to the monitor or by pc do you mean whatever operating system is installed(e.g. Windows, Linux, Unix, Mac OS X) secondly, I need a lil  more info on the issue specifically which fans, what video card and power supply wattage. Until I know those things all I can really say is make sure everything is hooked up proper with tight connections including fan cords as you may have bumped one loose while installing the card. The only other thing I can think of given the info is push your card in till it flexes a bit with a brand new board it sometimes requires a bit of force to make a proper connection also if you are moving your rig after install just make sure one more again that the card is completely seated. I had issues after installing my R7 240 on this board where my gfx fan wasn't moving it turned out to be a seating problem after I made sure that the card was not going any further in it worked perfectly.

Question 2

This board has an FM2 slot, but specifically says it supports APUs.  My question is, does this board also support the Athlon X4 860K, which is not an APU but is a slot FM2 cpu?

In theory the FM2 CPU should fit into an FM2+ motherboard.  Gigabyte website says yes also as long as it is revision 3.0 so that the bios will recognize it.  I've used this board for some time now and have had no issues so go for it.

Question 3

Would an A10-6700K APU automatically take precedence over the motherboard's integrated graphics? Or do you have to set it to do so?

I personally have an A6 paired with the R7 240 gfx card set up for Dual Graphics so I'm not 100% on this but past experience with mobos tells me that when using anything other than on board the discreet takes precedence. That being said, this board was specifically graphich APUs in mind but it is still always a good idea to make sure. Also if you plan to go for Dual Graphics at some point you will have to go into the efi anyway to force the gpu in the apu to be active so once your rig is built you might as well just check your settings it's poor form not to. Don't worry not something you've done before if you follow directions even a quarter as well as a computer does the manual tells exactly how to navigate the efi settings.

I am thinking of using this to create a nas4free file server.  I would like to know what memory can be used to max out the ram.   Specifications say this system can go to 64gb, it's only got 2 slots.  That must mean 2 32gb sticks, but I can't find any that aren't LRDIMM's.  Will LRDIMM's work in this motherboard?  If not, does newegg sell or know of any memory that will push this system to 64gb?

I'm only asking which memory I could use to get the 64GB of memory.  The board specs say it should be capable of that, I'm not planning on overclocking at all, so there should be no danger, at all of killing the cpu or memory slots.  I'm asking which memory sticks I can put in the 2 slots, that will give me 64GB of memory, and whether or not newegg sells sticks that would do this.  The manufacturer's specs support it, newegg's listing says it supports it.  There should be no reason to believe that this would kill anything on the board.  I merely want to know which sticks would put it at this.  I would have asked the same thing at Gigabyte's support site, but they apparently only let you ask questions if you're on social media networks.

When I bought this I didn't get any memory for it because the mother board supports ddr3. I already have some but they don't fit. The notches don't line up. Did I miss something in my reading the specs?

This motherboard supports ddr3 ram. If the notches don't line up, the ram you have is not ddr3

I do not think so. This motherboard has a list with it and it does not mention this processor as a compatible one. I would not try to fit this in it. as its list does not include it sorry...It is a very good motherboard and i do recommend it.

According to Gigabyte's website, it does.   
The list of compatible CPU's for this mother board, and the X4 860K is on there.  As far as the GTX, it should work fine, board has the slot for it.
