Pros:
What can you say? i7-4770K, hottest processor on the market until Intel comes out with the next generation. Running 25% OC on an Asus Z87-D MB and loving it. Booting off of an SSD and storing to 3 HDDs. Fast, fast, fast.
Cons:
A little high priced, but you get what you pay for.
