Pros: It was probably a good DVD Burner but I didn't open/unpack it. I saw a BluRay Asus DVD Burner on your catalog page seconds after I placed this order that was advertised at $42.xx. I finished my order and went back to purchase it and it had disappeared. I would have kept both drives if could have bought the BluRay drive for the price I saw. Instead, since I really wanted a BluRay burner I went ahead and purchased the model that cost $79.xx. I never opened this dvd burner that arrived a few days ago. I gave it back to UPS as a "Refused Delivery". I have never figured out how to communicate with Newegg so this was my only choice. I'm a day trader and don't have time to read mountains of information, fill out forms, etc.

Pros: WD claims to have a 30-day free support program built in to the system. One can discard that as bogus. I spoke with one support agent with NO experience and got hung up on. I spoke to another agent with a little experience but got hung up on. The agents are not courteous enough to call back after a disconnect. If the client calls back after a disconnect there is no way to continue with the same agent. Don't expect any real help from WD's support staff. I think they have a cookie speech sheet and the one agent asked stupid questions when the issue had to do with Windows 7. He kept interupting me saying "I know what I'm doing" when he actually didn't. He wanted the model numbers of my motherboard and CPU which had no relation at all to the issue because I had the new HDD temporarily mounted in my bench=test computer which is not where the new HDD would finally be mounted. the 2nd agent half-way knew what the issue was but hung up on me half way through the procedure. I had enough experience to fix the problem but spent about 80 hours working it out where with expert help I might have got it done in a few minutes. Don't bother to expect any support from WD. I even filed a formal complaint via email with NO response.

Cons: I won't buy any more WD drives after the cruddy support I got.

Pros: Doesn't work.

Cons: This is a piece of junk, don't waste your money. I tried several memory cards in this but it hasn't worked at all since I got it. If it wasn't so cheap I would have sent it back but the postage has stopped out that idea.

Pros: It's an OK average laptop, it is quick to boot due to the 24GB cache drive, that makes it unique.

Cons: Why would anyone want to buy one of these without an optical drive? I don't like having to cart around an external cd/dvd drive in case I need one...dumb to buy a PC without one built in.

Pros: Got part of one year usuage.

Cons: Netgear has very poor service. Techies that answerthe phone can hardly speak English and know hardly anything about their product. They are there to try and sell you their premium service (charged for) in order to talk to an expert. Otherwise, free tech support can only be had through through their website in the form of email. But, I got no response after leaving 3 emails. They do not intend to give any free tech support..

Overall Review: I had to leave the state for almost a year to execute my mother's estate and got hardly any use out of the Netgear Router. It is the worst service i have ever encountered. I build and repair a lot of PCs for friends in my 678-member senior club. I will try to make sure no one buys a Netgear Router.
