Pros: The card works well and is supported by linux. Gets surprisingly good reception.
Cons: Currently, the Linux driver has a bug that causes speed issues using N wireless. Works great on G though, I'm sure this will eventually be fixed.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: RAIDMAX ATX-503WP Black/Pink Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Pros: Tons of space
Great top panel
Cons: Not a lot, but the few I can think of are:
1. The included fans are kinda loud and really don't push a lot of air. I wasn't planning on using them anyway, but if you are it's something to keep in mind.
2. The barrel Molex pins for the LED and SATA built into the case are kinda cheap and lousy. But then again, all Barrel Molex pins are that way which is why you don't see a lot of them anymore.
Other Thoughts: I bought this case for a PC build for my wife. I'm more of a plain black case kinda guy, but I knew she would love the looks of this case. After looking at all of the pink cases Newegg had I choose this one as it seemed like the best case based on the pics and specs.
It isn't exactly a cheap case, but once I got it in my hands I was surprised it wasn't more expensive. The quality is really good, you can tell they put a lot of thought into the design of this.
I'm planning on building a PC for myself in the next few months and I seriously will probably get this same case in black for myself, even though I typically don't go for cases that have side windows or built in LEDs and fan controllers.
This review is from: ASRock Z97 Pro3 LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: Nice Quality
Good board Layout
Cons: Seems a bit smallish, but that might just be because I went with a fairly large case because my wife would like the looks of it better.
I really don't see a need for PCI slots in 2014, but it's something I'm willing to overlook on a sub $100 board.
Other Thoughts: I've been building my own PC for over 20 years now so I've seen a whole lot of motherboards. I bought this one to build a fairly basic (but good quality) PC for my wife.
She doesn't need a whole lot of fancy features, just a good standard motherboard. Which is exactly what I would say this is. It's not fancy, but the build quality was very good. Nice looking board, but again it is plain.
I've never used an ASRock motherboard before, though I've seen them getting good reviews on various websites for years. I thought I'd give them a try because the board had everything I needed, and nothing I didn't at an attractive price.
Having an Intel LAN was a big bonus for me as well since the PC was going to be running Linux. Everything onboard worked well in openSUSE 13.2. Including the onboard sensors, I think I read another reviewer had issues with that but it worked fine out of the box for me.
