Works great on Linux

Intel 7260HMWDTX1 Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 for Desktop IEEE 802.11ac, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n PCIe x1 Up to 867/300Mbps Wireless Data Rates
Intel 7260HMWDTX1 Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 for Desktop IEEE 802.11ac, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n PCIe x1 Up to 867/300Mbps Wireless Data Rates

Pros: The card works well and is supported by Linux. Gets surprisingly good reception.

Cons: None

Overall Review: Older Linux kernals may still have a bug in the driver code that causes the speed on N to be really slow. It's fixed in more recenter Kernels though and is no longer an issue.

Love this motherboard

ASRock Z97 Extreme4 LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
ASRock Z97 Extreme4 LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Great features, especially for the cost Nice Layout

Cons: The PCB is a little thinner than most. It didn't cause me any problems but it is noticeable compared to other boards. Just make sure to support the motherboard properly at all times, which you should do with any motherboard. Like I said the thin PCB isn't a problem, but it's noticeable.

Overall Review: Using this motherboard under openSUSE Linux, on board audio sounds good. No issues. The first one I received was DOA, but newegg RMAed it and the second one has been great. It happens from time to time with any brand. This is the second PC I've built in the past 2 years with an AsRock motherboard. Both have been great performers that didn't break the bank.

Very good Case

RAIDMAX ATX-503WP Black / Pink Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
RAIDMAX ATX-503WP Black / Pink Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Tons of space Nice Airflow Great Looks Great top panel

Cons: Not a lot, but the few I can think of are: 1. The included fans are kinda loud and really don't push a lot of air. I wasn't planning on using them anyway, but if you are it's something to keep in mind. 2. The barrel Molex pins for the LED and SATA built into the case are kinda cheap and lousy. But then again, all Barrel Molex pins are that way which is why you don't see a lot of them anymore.

Overall Review: I bought this case for a PC build for my wife. I'm more of a plain black case kinda guy, but I knew she would love the looks of this case. After looking at all of the pink cases Newegg had I choose this one as it seemed like the best case based on the pics and specs. It isn't exactly a cheap case, but once I got it in my hands I was surprised it wasn't more expensive. The quality is really good, you can tell they put a lot of thought into the design of this. I'm planning on building a PC for myself in the next few months and I seriously will probably get this same case in black for myself, even though I typically don't go for cases that have side windows or built in LEDs and fan controllers.
