Best Bang and Most Quiet for the Buck
Pros: It is 19 and 9/16 inches wide with accordion-style attachments included for wider windows. I REALLY LIKE this A/C. My room is 25' by 13' with an open hallway. It has replaced a series of 6000BTU A/C's that just never really cut it. I have rarely needed to use the high fan setting and the other setting are whisper quiet. I highly recommend this AC
Cons: Cannot think of a thing, except it is heavy. Be in decent shape or get a friend to help.
USB died in 2 months
Pros: Seems like a good deal, sound product.
Cons: USB died in 2 months, no light, no anything from any USB port
ITS A SCRUBBER!!!!
Pros: It IS A SCRUBBER. IT WILL DELETE EVERYTHING INCLUDING YOUR WINDOWS INSTALLATION.
Cons: Sorry to here it stops when it finds a disk error. Quess you should do as diskcheck first with /r
Overall Review: To SameEggDifferentDay: I am sorry it did not wipe ALL of Windows from your drive. Having built all your PCs you should know after using a SCUBBER, you NEED TO REINSTALL THE OS.
I Love This Case
Pros: There are 4 installed fans and they have 3 speed settings. I use the middle one and it is virtually dead quiet while moving a lot of air.
Cons: None
Questionable Upgrade
Pros: It uses less resources than Vista, allows a task manager on the taskbar, freezes very little, allows you to run in XP mode, tuned with AMD EVO motherboards and the very inexpensive Athlon 64 X4 CPU. Allows automatic repair boot from install disk. Several other X:\Commands. Networking solutions are easier to understand.
Cons: It is still built off of Vista, but not as bloated, even though it takes up more hard drive space. It should have been FREE to anyone who bought Vista. As far as I know, you can't backup just a drive, you must backup the whole sytem, which is stupid. Say you have Ubuntu or Snow Leopard on one drive and Win 7 on the other, why cannot you keep thew backups of each on the opposite hard drive. Totally Brain Dead. XP was not like this.
Overall Review: Look, I really like XP. The best thing about Vista & Win 7 is if you can't boot you don't have to do a repair install. Aero and desktop, screen savers are nice. BIG DEAL, HA!! Microsoft changes the Networking solutions with each new OS. These are the best so far, but still make it a bit complicated, especially between OS's different than Win7 or Vista.
First CPU I expect to keep 5 years
Pros: Very easy install and unless you are some OC-ing monster gamer, this CPU will be sufficient for several years. I am not a gamer so I am tickled to death.
Cons: None
Overall Review: DUAL BOOT XP PRO and VISTA Home Premium HDD: 4 x 320GB Seagate in two RAID-1 Arrays and 1 Seagate 750 GB for Video and Network Storage. Mobo: DG33TL RAM: 4GB Corsair 4-4-12 800 Video: ATI Radeon 1950 Pro (I love this card, it is a bit older and still outranks all NVidea 8900's almost 2 to 1.)
Terribly sticky on the inside.
I really think the may have gotten the insides and outsides mixed up on this. I'm thinking of dusting it with stuff from my canister vacuum to make it feel normal.
