Life Corp PCHT1009US 6 Element Infrared Heater (1,500 Watts), Medium Oak

4 out of 5 eggs Got it on Sale and Very Happy with it 11/23/2015

This review is from: Life Corp PCHT1009US 6 Element Infrared Heater (1,500 Watts), Medium Oak

Pros: 1.) Looks Good
2.) Includes 2 Remotes instead of just one which is nice.
3.) Front Control Panel is very easy to operate without reading the manual
4.) Puts out good heat
5.) Fairly compact
6.) Has wheels which makes it easy to roll around
7.) The heater does not get hot to the touch on the wood portion
8.) Very Quiet for what it is

Cons: 1.) It says on the box that it will heat 6800 Cubic Feet which is a huge exaggeration. (This is cubic feet and not square feet) There is NO way it will heat that much. It is good for a 10 x 10 or possibly even a 12 x 12 room or smaller but nothing larger than that.
2.) Display is too bright especially in a dark room.

Other Thoughts: Great deal that we got it on sale at $79. I just hope that it lasts at least a few seasons of winter. It seems like everything is made so cheap these days. It is very easy to use and has a clear display. The display is pretty bright which may annoy some people. I have it in our Living Room and when watching a movie in the dark the display really stands out. it is a little too bright in my opinion. Overall I would recommend this heater.

5 out of 5 eggs Works Really Well - Tested 21 Hard Drives 09/23/2015

This review is from: SYBA USB 3.0 UASP Dual Bay Hard Drive Docking Station with Duplicator Support SY-ENC50071

Pros: 1.) Dual Docking Bays
2.) Clone Button with No need to be hooked up to the computer
3.) tested 21 hard Drives in this unit so far and every drive was recognized
4.) Does NOT drop connection like many others do
5.) Nice Retail Box
6.) Progress Indicator Light
7.) Cool Blue LED on the Front
8.) Has on / off switch as some units do not

Cons: The only con that I have is the unit is a little light. I also have an IcyDock unit which feels much heavier and solid but this has not been an issue with this unit.

Other Thoughts: Very happy with it. Tested 21 4TB and 3TB Hard Drives back to back and had no issues with any of them. I purchased 2 of these on sale for $39.99 from Newegg as a Combo deal.

ICY DOCK MB981U3-1SA 2.5

5 out of 5 eggs 3RD Purchase of these and have had NO problems with all 3 09/14/2015

This review is from: ICY DOCK MB981U3-1SA 2.5"/3.5" USB 3.0 SATA Docking Station with IDE Adapter

Pros: 1) Fast USB 3.0 which is a must when transferring large amounts of data
2) Includes an IDE Adapter for those older Drives
3) Built in SATA
4) Nice design and well made
5) Blue LED light on front switch
6) Nice Retail Package
7) Every computer that we have tried this in works
8) Does NOT drop signal like many other Docking Stations seem to do
9) Good support from Icy Dock
10.) The Dust Cover on the top completely covers the whole interior unlike other Docking Stations which do not cover the actual SATA connector allowing dust to get into it.

Cons: 1.) The IDE adapter is a little flimsy and can be a pain setting up physically but it does work.
2.) The Molex Power Cable for the IDE is fairly short

Other Thoughts: Great unit and the IDE is just an Extra Bonus. The unit seems to be quality made and even includes a built in dust cover. A must for any Tech or Computer Nerd! I have used up to 4TB Hard Drives in this unit. I have not personally tried anything larger.
