Great RAM

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-16GBXL
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-16GBXL

Pros: Easy to install. Simple to use. Works perfectly.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: I was not that familiar with the G.Skill brand name. So I took some time and did some research and bit the bullet and bought this. And I'm thrilled that I did. My next purchase is going to be another 16Gb and an SSD from G.Skill. I'm very happy.

Not that great

ZALMAN CNPS5X Performa 92mm FSB (Fluid Shield Bearing) Powerful Cooling Performance CPU Cooler
ZALMAN CNPS5X Performa 92mm FSB (Fluid Shield Bearing) Powerful Cooling Performance CPU Cooler

Pros: It is inexpensive

Cons: Three things bother me with this cooler: 1.) Non modular fan. I can't just switch out the fan for another one. For example, other coolers allow you to replace the fans if one dies. Unfortunately I did't know that much about such things when I bought it. 2.) At it's lowest RPMs is is moderately quiet, but the moment you go a tiny bit faster, the volume just starts becoming too loud to ignore. 3.) When it starts speeding up, not only is there a significant volume increase, but it starts vibrating. And when at mid-higher RPMs, I can feel the vibration through my desk despite the fact that my system sits on the floor beside my desk without touching it. Currently it is around: 20.0 - 32.0 dBA. I'm going to replace it with a coolermaster 212 evo I think, which runs from 9 - 36 dBA. For some the volume doesn't matter in the slightest. And for that, this cooler will probably be fine since it does a decent job of keeping my chip cool. But this is the loudest fan in my build and after a while it starts to bug me. Your mileage may vary.

Overall Review: With my build there are 3 things I would have done differently. I would have gotten faster RAM, a motherboard that had 2+ PCIe 3.0 slots, and a different cooler.

Oops

Rosewill RCDV-12006 - 9.84" Single Sleeve 24-Pin Motherboard Extension Cable - Male to Female

Pros: Color

Cons: Stiff

Overall Review: I said I got the PCIE cable. Don't know why. It was the VGA cable I was referring to.

Not bad for the price

Antec NEW SOLUTION SERIES VSK-3000 Black SGCC steel Micro ATX Mini Tower Computer Case
Antec NEW SOLUTION SERIES VSK-3000 Black SGCC steel Micro ATX Mini Tower Computer Case

Pros: Extremely inexpensive. I got it for $20 and at that price it is great. Nice smooth aesthetic.

Cons: Very thin metal. Not that bad considering the price and all. But the edges are very sharp. There is a tiny spot for an SSD under the drive cages and the clips on the back are pointed. Don't know why they weren't flat. Caught a knuckle on one. Odd sized fans, 92mm, and only one included as an exhaust.

Overall Review: All in all, I'd get it again for the same price for low-end builds. It really is attractive. And the cons are fine for $20. At anything higher than that I'd consider another case. But I still give it a recommendation.

Effective

KINGWIN ML-02 5 in. 4 Pin Molex (M) to SATA (F) Power Adapter Cable
KINGWIN ML-02 5 in. 4 Pin Molex (M) to SATA (F) Power Adapter Cable

Pros: Simple, straightforward, and it does what it is supposed to.

Cons: None really

Overall Review: I just needed a adapter cable for an additional drive.

Pros: Fits perfectly. Amazing price.

Cons: None

Overall Review: I was a little concerned that it wouldn't fit properly, not being a Microsoft OEM product. But it fit perfectly and does it's job without any issues.
