I have gotten MBs that say they are Win-11 but then won't load it. Has anyone actually tried to install Win-11 on the is MB and gotten it to load?

I installed this motherboard with a gigabyte 5070ti and it gives me one long beep and two short beeps.  supposedly this means the video card is not detected.  the video card has its fans running, so it has power.  i tried a 2080 video card, but it is not seating well so i cant check to see if its the video card that is causing the problem or not.  wiring all seems to be good, i reseated it several times.  attached a monitor, nothing is working so far.  Any ideas?
