Hello,

From the information that you provided, your MacBook Pro (2007) will ONLY Support 4GB of RAM Total.

Also, your MacBook uses DDR2 memory,and this is DDR3, so this memory will NOT work for your MacBook.

You would need x2, 2GB RAM modules (4GB total), with the following specifications: DDR2 PC2-5300/DDR2 667, , 1.8V., Unbuffered, Non-ECC, CL=5.

If you already have 4GB of RAM, then you have reached the Maximum amount that your system will support.

that's an already nice notebook! probably came with 6GB or 8GB of RAM. i don't know if both slots have RAM already in your pc. if a slot is open, then this is the correct speed for your notebook, and will work. if both slots have RAM chips, then it's already nice.
