i have a toshiba satellite L770 (PSK3SU-0HK022) will this fit with my laptop?

There are a couple of things to consider. This is a sata connection so that would be first, check your spec. sheet, it will tell you the spec of the hard drive then the answer is about 95% yes. Make sure it is 2.5". That is the phisical size. If yes, now you're up to about 97%. The rest is how fast the drive operates and how much cache. Generally the bigger numbers for those means faster....and more expensive. Mine was a replacement in an older Dell and has been working great for my wife.
