Will the M.2 heatsink interfere with an Alpenfohn Black Ridge cooler?

Based on the images I believe the heatsink would be in the way of the fan. If you're in a larger case and can put the fan on top of the cooler you should be fine. The ASRock would be a safer bet, pretty sure it would fit since the heatsink is much smaller.
