Good enough for economy build

Pros: Cheap, quiet

Cons: If you have ram with large heatsinks and a regular 3 1/2"
' hard drive you're not going to be happy, hard drive blocks two ram slots on the board I used. I saw another review where a large cpu heat sink causes issues, I believe it.

Other Thoughts: Ok for a very basic build, low profile ram would be fine just make sure it's in before you install the hard drive.

Great basic case at $30 or less

Pros: - Cheap
- No sharp edges, the metal is thin, but rolled nicely.
- Everything Lines Up Correctly inside & Out
- Included Hardware is sufficient
- USB 3.0 & 2.0 Front Ports (Along with front audio, etc)
- Large Space for Expansion cards means this can be a great budget gaming case
- Included Fans are descent, moving air quietly
- Bottom mount 2.5" SSD spot (Gets the job done)
- Descent Aesthetic

Cons: - 3.5" Hard Drive cage is a horrible design, and drives won't fit wired with many tower coolers
- Limited cooling and space means this is mainly for budget builds, but of course it is.

Other Thoughts: Rosewill is my go-to budget case brand. For less than $30, they seem to always have something descent available. If you're buying this case expecting high end features, well you're misguided. At this price point, your lucky to get a case that won't cut you while inside of it, have everything line up, come with quiet fans, and have USB 3.0 front connections at all. If you're expecting features like a 120mm rear fan, bottom mount power supply, better drive management, fan filters, wire management, etc., you need to go up to a higher price point. You'll be hard pressed to find a descent quality case that gives you all of this.

The Xion 560 for $40 was totally worth the extra money, but it's now discontinued. Most other descent microATX cases start at $50 to get you the higher end features.

If you can get these under $20, they're a steal!!!

This all being said, there are things that I wish were better that shouldn't effect cost:
- The 3.5" drive bays are just useless when you have a large CPU cooler. I wish they were rotated 90 degrees or configured differently
- Does a case like this really need 2x 5.25" drive bays? This space could be better used for something else, like fixing the 3.5" drive bay issue or adding more 2.5" drive bays
- Has ability to use 90mm rear fan, but it comes with an 80mm... Why? (Cost cutting is my guess)

Rosewill Quality for the price

Pros: - 2 Fans
- USB 3 in the front
- Decent amount of room

Cons: - Cheap looking front panel/styling
- Could be cheaper
- Wouldn't mind it being a bit smaller since its a micro-atx case

Other Thoughts: I do like this case, would LOVE it if it was a hair bit cheaper. The DIYPC cases that are a bit smaller and in my opinion more feature rich come in at a slightly lower price point. No real complaints about the quality or the included hardware, Rosewill usually doesn't disappoint and this case is no exception. Solid 4 eggs for a budget build.

Budget friendly case for mATX builds

Pros: Price/Overview
This is a very budget friendly case and is standard build quality for the price. Great size and looks very sleek without the over the top RGB. Decent ventilation and average amounts of I/O

Cons: Case Interior/Build Quality
While small it does fit in larger GPUs, just probably not those triple fan ones (I fit in a Dual Fan ASUS RX 580 8gb)
Cable management will have to be done with copious amounts of zip ties if you want a clean looking build (although no side panel so really won't matter too much)
The space is a bit tight though, if you plan on adding in a PCIe device (such as a wireless PCIe adapter), and like some have mentioned, the brackets don't line exactly up with the motherboard placement, but I made it work and still have full access to all the ports on the GPU, so not a big issue.

Case Exterior/Aesthetic/Design
It has a very office computer type look, no RGB or side windows. So if you're looking for a very gamer-esque case this is not it. Cooler Master makes some more game-y type cases, if you're on a budget.
It is black and the front panel is glossy plastic, which to some may look cheap, but my girlfriend really likes the minimal, simplistic look to it.
Front panel I/O is enough and has 3x USB and even a headphone/mic jack. The rest of the case is made of steel; thin enough so it's light weight but also strong enough to withstand normal wear and tear.

Thermals
The system I built with this case is a Ryzen 2600 (stock cooler, no OC, repasted with Artic MX-4) and an ASUS Dual Fan RX 580 8GB (stock settings). Idle the CPU sits at around 35C (normal), and the GPU idles at around 40C (normal for a small case with limited airflow). Under load (streaming and gaming) the CPU goes up to 65-70C (manageable on the high end) and the GPU goes up to 70-72C (with stock fan settings). People may fear building in a small case, and fear more building in a "cheap" case like this but there's really nothing to worry about.

Other Thoughts
I do wish the drive bays and cage were removable but I understand it would make the case more expensive. Alternatively, they could release a drive cage-less version of this.

Conclusion
Over time "budget" and "cheap" have become synonymous with "bad quality" . This isn't always the case, and this case, in my opinion, is an exception. While it will not be as fully featured as an NZXT or Phantex case, it is still very good for the price you are getting. There are some issues with the build quality (alignment of brackets) but overall a good case.

great price but not great build quality

Pros: comes with two fans
usb 3
cheap

Cons: motherboard standoffs holes were not tapped correctly from manufacturer
one of the "feet" came off while assembling pc-cheap glue they used didnt hold
front mic-in port doesnt work, have to use mobo now

Other Thoughts: if they had better qc then this would be a steal for the money especially when on sale

This is NOT a BMW

Pros: The price. It can't possibly be cheaper. Somebody has to make something on it. So the price is a deal.
This is a Micro ATX case. That's your first clue. It's small and for micro boards and does not take up your whole bedroom. That's the whole idea....small. Tight inside ? Yes....that's because it's SMALL. A bargain and no apologies needed.

Cons: People don't read. They should...then they would understand why computer cases come in different sizes and have different prices.
This particular case is a SMALL one. Which is why it costs $19.99 instead of $119.99 like a BIG one does.

Other Thoughts: I have bought many of the SMALL Rosewill cases. They have all been very satisfactory and they are ALL still in service. Some in home use, some in business. It's a case.......you know...like a box...made of metal........

Does its job admirably

Pros: -Nice and compact
-Simple design doesn't look too busy
-Feels solid for this price point

Cons: -Cable management is a nightmare, there is zero room to route cables behind the motherboard tray so you can't tuck anything other than fan cables back there
-PCI tabs are the kind that don't come out easy and are permanently gone once done (but for $28 its pretty minor)

Other Thoughts: Docked the case an egg for the abysmal case management. If it were half an inch (or even just a quarter of an inch) wider to allow for more room to route cables this would be much more tolerable.
