how do i control the rgb on this?

Why would anyone spend this much on this partner card when it has the lowest clock speeds?

They've updated the specs. They originally used the reference clock as a placeholder, but it's since been updated to reflect it's actual boost speed, which is 1815 MHz. This is marginally faster than many of the partners' offerings and the Founders Edition, which are clocked at 1800 MHz. I'm guessing they didn't want to commit to a specific speed when they first announced this card, because they needed more time to test them to be sure they were stable. But who knows.

So with one of these things... will I need to not bother heating my office in the winter?

Actually, I believe you will still need a separate heating source to stay warm during the winter! GPU furnaces haven't really been a thing since the release of the 4XX series all the way back in 2010! :)
