Anyone have trouble with the "Spectre" aspect in getting it to respond accurately with LED changes? My selections for color don't really match with the actual color of the lights. I certainly don't expect it to be 100% accurate, but yellow is just white, red is pink, and it doesn't always respond to changes. Really only blue seems to work. Also, some other functions like "off" it doesn't do anything.

My lights worked ok. All colors seemed reasonable and the features worked. I downloaded the software from their website instead of using the disk. Maybe it is a newer version. Did you try adjusting the intensity of the lights as well? That can make the hue seem a little different.

Does this card have RGB lighting? Anyone know the out of the box base clock and boost clock? Thanks!

Yes, there two RGB lighting strips on each side of the middle. Base/boost clocks are 1683/1822.

how much power do each of these draw?

180 Watts according to NVIDIAs website. Recommended to have around a 600 watt power supply for standard configurations.

Will the usb 2.0 port work for 4k gaming on a 4k TV?

There is no USB 2. port. I use display ports for 2 4k monitors and 1 4k tv without issue.
