The one I received was a New product and full warranty in sealed box.

I have 2 questions about this product before purchase. 1 - Is this good to shave hairs? I mean, I want to shave my whole head, can I with this? 2 - Is this good for women legs? If so, can I do my beard, my head and can wy wife use it for his legs?

This shaver is capable of shaving close, but hairs should not be allowed to become very long before shaving (else you'll need to use the tiny trimmer first). The head pivots and floats (be careful to return it to the pivoting position after using the trimmer, it's easy to leave it locked). No matter what anybody says, all shavers are capable of razor burn, watch out for raised or excessively convex areas, the blade that's designed to catch long or stray hairs has enough exposed blade to cause razor burn. I haven't specifically used it for shaving head or legs, but foil shavers are far less likely to pull hairs than rotary shavers and generally have a larger cutting area. For shaving legs, I would generally recommend turning the shaver so that you're pulling across the leg rather than down like you would on your face. Sharing a shaver is generally not recommended, it's a bit like sharing your toothbrush, but I understand the price issue.
