Only 1 of 2 Cans Usable

Pros:
- Decent size can
- Received in a timely manner
Cons:
- Only 1 of 2 cans were usable.
They were packaged together and the plastic safety tabs on both cans were still intact. Yet one can was completely empty.
No damage was seen on the can so I don't know where / why the air escaped.
Overall Review:
For some reason, I thought I wouldn't be one of the unlucky ones to receive an empty can but apparently this is pretty common.
Pretty silly if you ask me.
I wouldn't have thought it would be so difficult to ship these things without the air escaping.
