• All screens are subject to ISO norm which means screens with 2-5 dead pixels are not considered defective.
• Screens with physical defects caused by customer are not covered under warranty.
• ANY PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO US MUST HAVE AN RMA FORM INCLUDED.
• THE BUYER PAYS RETURN POSTAGE IN ANY CASES.
Please follow the instruction below when you return products:
1. Send an message to us and request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us before shipping the product back. (Follow Newegg RMA's process)
2. Take three photos. One is the defect of product, one is the box and the other is the bar code (it is on the back of products).
3. Send the photos to our customer service
4. We will issue a RMA form. Note that any return WITHOUT a RMA form will not be accepted.
5. After you receive the form, please pack the screen well in the original condition and enclose your invoice and RMA form.
