Hello, this RAM is compatible with MacBook Pro laptops and iMac?

registers or buffers+ PLLs ECC parity +EDO RAM+ Any memory with the above specs will not work in most MACS or any really without causing sporadic issues or completely not boot up at all. So find memory witbout those specs. I do not remember the specs for this module because I buy 10 or so ram sticks per week to upgrade client systems.

Hi, Yes it will work, as far as the RAM is of type DDR3 1600MHz. However, probably you'll encounter some error at boot up level and see a blue screen with white text. This is normal due to incompatibility. If this happens, because it happened with me, just return the RAM and get another one from different brand but same technology, DDR3 1600MHz. It is what it is in RAM world :-)
