Pros: This CPU IS A BEAST! I also have the AMD Brisbane 5400+ OCed at 3.3 GHz but this one runs circles around it. I OCed this one to 3.4 Ghz stable and i saw a 20%-30% gain in games than the Brisbane. Its the 1MBx2 cache that makes the difference over 512kbx2 cache of the Brisbane.
Cons: Ok this is a beast. You need to have a good cooler. I have this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835200025 and get 38C idle 55C full load at 1.55 Vcore. Make sure it dont go about 63C under load and you be ok mon. If you want to go higher than 3.4 GHz you are going to need good RAM cause it has locked multiplier.
Overall Review: I feel good inside about this CPU. :O
