Yes, there is a cooling fan included with the CPU.  I personally didn't use it, as a number of the reviews I read said that it was loud an inefficient.   But, looking at it, it appears to be a fine sink and fan.

Yes it does but i suggest you get the hyper 212 evo to replace it as that is much better the stock fan that comes with it is okay... but it still run around 75C while playing lower end things hope this helps

IT has thermal paste already applied to the heatsink. However I would suggest using at the very least artic silver or another good aftermarket compound and if possible an aftermarket cooler since this thing can get a lil on the warm side if you are running it under heavy load often (gaming, rendering).

It does come with both.  Invest in an aftermarket cooling solution.  Stock coolers are usually hit and miss.

Yes there is! However, it is not the most powerful cooling unit and aftermarket coolers are recommended if you use applications that are heavy on the CPU.

get a good heatsink and you can easily hit 4.4GHz without issue. The temperatures are not accurate so if you see 45 C idle dont panic. I would be gaming while overclock and hit 90C, the heatsink was not even hot at all. Just get a good heatsink and everything will be fine. I am using the Xigmatek Dark Knight Heatsink

Yes it does, but it can run a little on the warm side, so it may  be best to get an aftermarket cooler.

The important thing is to make sure the motherboard has the FM2 chipset socket.
