Yes & No. 
The included FAN on the non-"X" models, already have the thermal paste on them. 
It does not include an extra tube or packet of paste.

Yes, and it does an excellent job. I usually look into aftermarket fans, but I've yet to need one here (but it's still a good idea if you plan on overclocking.)

No. This chip has no built in GPU. Motherboards may have the connection for onboard graphics but graphics are not built into the motherboard. Any Motherboard. The CPU you want is the 2200G or 2400G.

CPUs do not have video outputs, video output connections can be found on either the chosen motherboard (if supported by the board) or the graphics card you decide to buy.  I should also note that this CPU does NOT support Integrated Graphics so if you try to connect your monitor to the motherboard's video output, you will not get a picture to the screen since you need to connect the monitor to the graphics card.

G Skill typically makes ram specific to Ryzen. But to be honest, it isnt going to matter much. More inposrtant is to get ram at highest speed you can afford. Typically 3200Mhz and above. Ryzen works best with faster ram.

The CPU itself does not have an integrated GPU so you will not be able to get display off the motherboard video ports. You will need a dedicated GPU that can support dual monitors.

Is this better than a ryzen 7 1700?

i know most people would say that the higher the price, the better the product, but that isn't always true. i had the ryzen 3 before upgrading to the ryzen 5 2600. doing a side by side comparison, i would say that it is marginally better than the 1700. the clock speeds are faster on the 5, although the 7 does have more cores and threads, which means more multitasking with less stress on the cpu. other than that, i would recommend the ryzen 5 2600. i use it for gaming and streaming and have had no issues with anything. while gaming and streaming, i also have multiple windows open and there is no lag on anything. hope this helps.

The Ryzen 5 2600 does not have integrated graphics. The Ryzen 5 2400G is the top Ryzen card with integrated graphics. It is comparably priced to the 2600, and the clock speeds are the same, but it is a four core processor, while the 2600 is a six core CPU. Both include AMD's version of hyper-threading.

It will but only if the motherboard has an updated bios that started to support the Ryzen 2000 series. If it has an older bios then you would need to use a Ryzen 1000 series CPU to update the bios on the motherboard.
