It comes with paste pre-applied to the cooler, you will need to be careful to not smear it before placing it onto the CPU.

Some do, some don't.  This is what I recommend you doing, because I can't go through every single AMD Ryzen CPU to see if it does or not.
They always say it comes with a Wraith Stealth CPU cooler (or not).

Ryzen 5 5600. the ryzen 5 5500 is is way slower and much worse processor .The ryzen 5 5600 is good.

You would want the g variant of the 5600, instead, for built-in video. Do keep in mind, however, that the 5600g uses the pci 3.0 revision, instead of the 4.0 that this and the 5600x makes use of. Not great for upgrades in the future.
