Will a Corsair closed loop cooling system work on this?

Yes, it should. 
I write here "should", because I have not dug down into online reviews in detail; and the one aspect that makes it quick 'n easy, is if the coldplate mounting bracket included with the CPU, fits well enough around the shape and circumference of the pump+coldplate unit that is standard with the vast majority of these designs.

Corsair AIO units have garnered strongly positive reviews, over the past two years or so. Be sure to check physical dimensions and mounting spaces provided when selecting a case; radiators + fan stacks can be too thick for some positions to fit properly; many of these will only have sufficient room in the front and not the top of the case.

Can the cooler from a Bulldozer work on this?

No it can not. Bracket on that cooler is complete different.

not sure. but u can go to the manual and see if it supported. im using  corsair 3200Mhs. fore what i heard this CPU need fast ram but u can try if u have one on ur hand and see if it compatible

CAN NOT FIND , DDR4-2667    -- ONE PERSON  put asus memory page , and no such thing ??

I got DDR-3000 (G.Skill TridentZ RGB) and let XFR set the speed for me. Set it as fast as you can, and I would recommend buying in sets of four to take full advantage of quad-channel memory access. I've had no problems at all.
