Will this work with a midtower case ?

Depends on the case, but it should.  The case should have "Motherboard Compatibility" as a specification.  As long as it includes micro ATX, you're good.

If aesthetics matter to you, mATX might look a little empty, which can be a pro or con, depending your preferences.

Question 2

Does it support kaby lake right out the box or would I have to update the Bios?

The Intel 200 series chipset is made "for" kaby lake processors. Only the 100 series chipsets require an update to work with kaby lake processors. The 1151 pin out is backwards compatible so this 200 series board will support both skylake and kaby lake with out any updating required. However if some one where to use a sky lake processor, perhaps to save money, some of the mother board features wouldn't be available.

Question 3

Does it support an intel i3 2100 CPU, or will i just have to get a newer one?

This board only supports Skylake (6th generation) and Kaby Lake (7th generation) CPU.

Question 4

I have two questions, does this fit a GTX 1050? And does this support all generations of I5 processors? I believe I have a 5th gen I5 processor.

it does fit a 1050 and any other graphics card. I actually have a 1050ti in my build. and for the processor, i believe it will support it, but i do not know for sure. I know that it supports Skylake and Kaby lake chips. (6th and 7th gen)

Is LGA 1151 (300 series) work on this?

I’m afraid not, this motherboard only supports the 6th gen and 7th gen intel CPUs with the LGA 1151 socket. So if you have a 8th gen 300 series I don’t think it’ll work

I need to run two monitors off of this motherboard. Can I use both the hdmi and dvi at the same time?

I haven't tried the DVI port on it myself, but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to. Worst case scenario, you might have to get a DVI to HDMI adapter and use the second available HDMI port.
