No, not in a stock Dell Optiplex 9020. The Optiplex 9020 does not have any PCIe power connectors which is required for this card to function. If you have the full tower version of the Optiplex you may be able to upgrade the power supply to support this card though options are limited. If you have the smaller half height version of the Optiplex then this card will not fit at all.
