Look for an "O" in the title. Like "O10G". With ASUS, the "O" more than likely means factory overclocked or overclockable.

Will this card fit in a NZXT H1 case?

Ok here's what the specs show. Length wise, yes, the GPU will fit. But the slot thickness for the H1 case is 2.5 slot max. The TUF is 2.7 slots. So I wouldn't risk it with this card. You may have to get a FE or something like that.

Yes. But to be clear, this is a "OC" model coming with slightly higher clock by default, which is why it cost a little more than regular 3080. It can still be OC'd more by user, but will mostly depend on cooling overhead capabilities of your PC.

If you are asking about the same PCB that is in the founders edition, no. Only the 3080 FE uses that PCB. All 3rd party cards are using an aftermarket PCB. But most of them run cooler than the FE because of larger/better coolers.

This is absolutely an LHR card. I've been listening to all the advise stating that the labeling has to be in the description. Its practically false advertisement!

An LHR card would have a model number with a "V2" in it such as TUF-RTX3080-O10G-V2-GAMING and this one does not. An LHR card would have "LHR" visible on the upper right hand corner of the front of the package and this one does not. Based on its description shown here this looks like one of the earlier version full hash rate cards.
