Is this truly a wired router only? Will it work with Mac OS X 10.9 and higher? Thank you

This is a switch - not a router. Any router will work with any Mac running OS X, though if you are looking for ease of manageability get yourself an Apple Airport router. A word of Warning: Apple dumbed down the Airport Utility with version 6 so if you want to access the hidden features still available in the Airport Extreme you will need to download version 5.7 of the Airport Utility from Apple's site and name it something unique like 'Airport Utility Pro' or place it in its own folder to avoid over-writing the current version. Version 5.7 will only work with OS X 10.8 and below so best keep a spare machine or a VM loaded with Mountain Lion, or Lion, etc. to manage your APs if you need to make changes to professional level features.

Don't if it is available. Ordered mine from Newegg a couple years ago. I looked for.another one recently, but did not one. Mine still works.
