You will need to buy a seperate BT / WiFi module ($35)  :

Not uncommon but keep in mind it will need a usb power supply off the MOBO which get used up quickly as you add accessories. I needed to order a splitter as well. The module plugs into the mini PCI slot. Great MOBO otherwise.

Can this board run RTX 3 gpu's in x8x8x8 configuration? (it is for rendering, so please don't start with SLI thing)

That's what the manual says. It appears to me that the board is using 4 lanes of PCIe 4.0, which is the equivalent bandwidth of 8 lanes of PCIe 3.0. Regardless of the shenanigans involved, this board elevates the X570 platform into the Threadripper-light category. Not bad for a middle-of-the-product-stack board.

Can I run a RTX Titan and an RTX 2080 ti on this motherboard at the same time?

Usually an AM4 socket board is 16X 4X or 8x 8x 4X. Being gen 4 does double the bandwidth but switching from 16x gen 3 to 8X gen4 will only give the same results if the graphics card is a gen 4 capable card with a Ryzen 3rd gen CPU. ie. 3900X and a 5700XT (maybe a radeon VII. ). Nvidia cards with gen 4 PCIe capability, IDK. If you need 16X 8X 16X 8X gen 3 PCIE an AMD X399 will give you that. That's why I went TR. Next gen TR3 may be gen 4 PCIe 16X 8X 16X 8X.

A BIOS update might be required to use an AMD Zen 3 Ryzen 5000 series CPU, including the 5600x.

Yes, the motherboard has 2 x PCIe 4.0 x16 slots that can operate in dual x8 mode when using AMD Ryzen 5000 Series or 3000 Series Desktop Processors.
