Is this motherboard compatible with the new rtx 3090 gpu?

Unless otherwise noted it should be. Main things to worry about is if your PSU is up to snuff for that card.

I was wondering if anyone can give me concrete answers on what cases this mother fits into? I purchased the Fractal Design Define 7, but I'm worried it might be too small (it is according to PartPicker). However, both this product and the Define 7 case both say E-ATX compatible so it's confusing.

Just contact Define. e-ATX is standard, so the only probs you might, in theory run into, is how convenient it is to get to headers on the bottom or small thing like that. Case maker would know the exact answer.
