I checked the User Guide and didn't see any mention of Wi-Fi. You might want to check the Newegg Website because they have basically the same MB with additional features.

Will this work out of the box with a AMD Ryzen 3 3200G 4-Core Unlocked Desktop Processor with Radeon Graphics?

Yes, it fully supports first and second gen Ryzen out of the box. Not sure if it supports ALL third gen Ryzens out of the box, since the board I just bought on 4/20/20 was *5* BIOS versions behind the current one! I was able to install a R5 2600 and using the ASUS EZ Flash3 I updated to the latest BIOS with no problems. So far it's been running fine with a 16GB kit of Corsair LPX Vengeance 3200MHz RAM(Remember you have to set the RAM speed manually or it will only run at 2133 or 2400 by default).

Is this AMD 3rd Gen ready out of box?

The box says it is Ryzen 3rd gen ready. BUT, because not all 3rd gen CPUs were released at the same time, there is definitely a chance that if you bought one of the most recently released CPUs, it might need an older CPU to flash the BIOS. The board I bought on 4/20/20 was a full FIVE BIOS versions behind the most current version. I installed a R5 2600 and it booted fine out of box, and was able to flash to the most recent BIOS.

Is this mobo equipped with Asus EZ Flash 3?

The board I bought on 4/20/20 has EZ Flash 3, and worked fine updating to the latest BIOS version.

Will I run into any issues with using a M.2 2280 ssd and rtx 2080?

I had to do a BIOS update to get it to recognize the 2nd M.2 drive
