The Sound Burger also comes with an audio cable for those who prefer an analog, wired listening experience.

The Audio-Technica Sound Burger AT-SB727-BK is a portable Bluetooth belt-drive turntable for vinyl listeners who want to play 33⅓ and 45 RPM records at home or on the go, with a battery-powered design and Bluetooth or wired audio connections.
Recommended For
- Vinyl listeners in small homes or shared spaces who want to bring out a turntable when they use it, then store it away without keeping a full-size setup permanently assembled.
- Listeners who want to play records in different rooms or at a friend’s home, and already have a Bluetooth speaker, Bluetooth headphones, or compatible wired audio equipment to connect.
- Collectors or casual listeners who want a compact, rechargeable way to play occasional records without building a permanent hi-fi system; reviewers describe it as enjoyable for straightforward listening, especially over a wired connection.
- People who want to share a record at a gathering or bring a turntable to a record-buying visit, provided they are willing to carry the records and a separate speaker or headphones.
Real-World Use Scenarios
- In a small apartment, bedroom, or office, someone can set the Sound Burger on a stable surface and pair it with Bluetooth headphones or a speaker to play records without making room for a full-size turntable setup.
- When visiting friends or moving between rooms, a listener can bring the turntable and a Bluetooth speaker to play records away from a permanent stereo; playback still needs a flat, stable surface.
- For a casual outdoor gathering or camping trip, someone can play vinyl through a portable Bluetooth speaker without needing a wall outlet; they should choose a level, steady spot and keep the record player stationary while it plays.
- At a record fair or on a trip, a vinyl fan can pack the compact player to listen to records away from home; they’ll also need records and a separate speaker or headphones, and a suitable stationary surface for playback.
- At home, someone who already has powered speakers or a compatible stereo can use the included audio cable for wired playback, rather than pairing a Bluetooth device.
