1. Why is there an exception when I connect to the screen?
a.Make sure your laptop's USB-C port supports video output(Thunderbolt 3/thunderbolt 4/USB-C 3.1 Gen 1/Gen2 or USB-C 3.2 Gen1/Gen 2 with Power Delivery& DisplayPort functions ports); b. Lower your monitor's resolution or refresh rate; c. Replace another high standard HDMI cable.
2. Why am I charging my docking station so slowly, it doesn't reach 100w?
The product maximum support PD100W adapter charging, upstream maximum support for 85W power to charge the computer, while reserving 15W of power for the hub itself, to ensure that external other devices can have enough power to run.
3. Which systems is this device compatible with?
The device is compatible with Windows and macOS. but please note that Macbook only supports SST mode. In extended mode, the two displays show the same image; Windows supports MST mode. In extended mode, the two displays can show different images (the computer processor must be 4th generation or higher, and the graphics card, system, and external display must support DP1.2 and above).
4. Why does the docking station get hot?
When the product is fully loaded for a long time, the built-in chip will operate at high speed, which will bring about an increase in power and temperature rise, docking the maximum working temperature within 50 degrees for the safety of the temperature.
