I installed every parts but it does not boot.

It makes one high tone and short beep and 8 lower tone/longer beeps.

I have replaced the board and have replaced ram. Still have same problem.

I have 6 different GPUs, Tried each GPU, still have same problem.

I directly connected DVI to GPU since ryzen 1700 does not have integrated graphics.

what's the problem?

I have 2 of three motherboards of the same model functioning. First thing you have to do is reset your bios. Then try to boot with just the processor and one stick of RAM and one graphic card installed on the PCIe 16 slot. Ryzen 7 takes a little longer to post so give it time. Try to connect your DVI from graphic card to the DVI on monitor. Next update your bios with the most recent available. I used B35BG209.BSS  AGESA Pinnacle PI 1.0.0.0a update ( Beta )    This is what I did and they are working perfect with 6 graphic cards installed and Ryzen.

Can you update the bios online, w/o having to flash a usb?

You Require a USB to update the flash, but be careful.. i tried to update and it failed.. at least i was able to set it back to the previous version. If it works don't update the bios. will probably not give much more performance.

Check all power connectors...if you upgraded the bios that may be an issue. Ensure that all of the motherboard power connectors are installed. Verify that you have a supported ram speed for the correct CPU. DDR4 2666 for AMD Ryzen. If you are mining Ryzen 5 is the sweet spot. Ryzen 7 1800x will only get you 430 H/s where as Ryzen 5 (much cheaper) is pretty close but will OC to 520 H/s easy. The board is picky with correct RAM if all else fails, disconnect the power, pull the batter and reset the jumper as noted in the manual....Replace the battery, move jumper to operating position, seat only one stick of RAM and off you go.
