I have a HP dv5 2129WM. Is this compatible?

The one that i've bought from from this website, doesn't work. Im unable to install windows on it because the computer does not seem to identify it in the first place. In other words, the hard drive is not existant, even when i've plugged in an older model of Western Digital HDD to atleast install win7 on, i've research how to partition it in Disk Management, yet the Disk was still invisible. I've had this product laying in my drawer for way too long to return it... Product might be working as designed, but the one i bought is no where near reaching customer satisfaction goals.
