BZBGEAR Core 1080P FHD 3X USB 2.0/RS-232 Huddle Room Camera

This high-quality pan tilt zoom (PTZ) camera is available in two configurations, the 3x optical zoom variant and the 10x optical zoom variant. The 3x optical zoom variant is ideal for smaller spaces, huddle rooms, and wide-angle shots. The 10x optical zoom version is a better fit for larger rooms where individual subjects are located further away but still need to fill the frame.

Connectivity and Performance

Both variants of the BG-BPTZ-XU support resolutions up to 1080p@30Hz. This camera produces high quality imagery from its 1/2.8” high quality CMOS sensor. The 3x optical zoom variant has a field of view of up to 85°. The 10x optical zoom variant has a field of view of up to 66°. The BG-BPTZ-XU has quick and easy plug and play connectivity with USB 2.0 type A for any video conferencing software on your laptop or desktop PC, such as Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. A step drive motor mechanism and precision motor drive controller ensure that the PTZ operation of the camera is smooth and quiet to avoid disruptions. Supported video compression formats with this camera include H.264, H.265, and MJPEG.

Control

The two variants of the BG-BPTZ-XU have several control options available including IR remote, RS-232, RS-485 and UVC (USB). Up to 255 preset positions are available with 10 accessible via the IR remote. Connect this camera to a laptop or desktop to use it as a video source for video conferencing apps. Both variants of the BG-BPTZ-XU camera can be mounted to a ceiling, wall, or tripod, increasing the potential for this camera to be installed in many environments.
