How do I subscribe after my three-day trial data expires?
Firstly, please click on device settings, then select 4G plan, and select the package you want to subscribe to. Finally, select the payment method and complete the payment so that it can be used normally.
Why am I not getting motion detection notification?
Please make sure your phone settings allow our app to push notification to you, and secondly remember to turn on notifications settings in the app.
Why is the device not charging?
Please use a 5V 1A or 2A charger to charge your camera.
Why can't my device connect to the network?
1. Please note that low battery levels can cause the device to go offline.
2. Confirm that the installation location has a strong signal, as poor signal strength can lead to the device going offline.
Why can't the camera recognize my SD card?
Please make sure your SD card is installed correctly, or format the card and re-insert it for use.
How many devices can one data plan support?
Currently, each device needs to purchase a data plan separately.
Does it support usage in other regions?
It is only supported for use within the United States. We cannot assure its proper functionality in other regions.
