No. It dosen't support Wifi connection.
Can I use my own SIM card or outside US?
No. The product is designed to work with the included SIM card only. To use a different SIM or use it out of the US, please reach out to us for camera updates.
Does this security camera support 7/24 recording?
No. To save battery life, the security camera only records when it detects human movement.
Why is my camera unable to connect to the 4G network?
Please check:
1. Make sure you are using the SIM card that came with your camera and use in US.
2. Whether the SIM card has enough traffic.
3. Please reset it and follow the user manual to try again. If still not work, please tell us in APP.
My camera is offline suddenly, what should I do?
1.Check if your data plan has been run out. If so, renew it and manually restart the camera or wait for 1 hour for automatic restart.
2.Check if your device is out of battery. If not, please charge the device.
3.Data plans stats at 14.9/3GB/30-day.
