I would always check the mainboard compatibility list. If its is compatible with DDR4 3600, then chances are that the RAM will work. The 3600 is the max. speed for this RAM, but you can use any speed below that as well, if you get stability issues. I use it in a MSI x570 and have no problems.

What is the total height of this RAM? Will it fit a 32mm clearance?

Yes, it should clear. I believe the spec height is 31mm for all LPX sticks. My case and fan also have a super-tight clearance and those are the only quality RAM modules that fit.
