We're not certain. But think it will work also need to factor in what other hookups will be feeding off the power supply.  But in all things considered this should work.

That card consumes up to 300 Watts.  Hard drives and DVD drives consume around 25 Watts. Motherboard and memory consume around 100 Watts. 4 Case fans consume around 25 Watts.   Case that lights up consumes around 15 Watts.  It will probably handle it just fine, but I personally would buy the 650W version for only $10 more.

Yes, It means that you can use the 8 or 4 pin. They split apart if you use the 4 pin.

It has plenty of power, but you need to make sure you have or purchase the correct motherboard that is compatible with ATX. It more than likely will be.  You can have a decent graphics card and a couple hard drives as well and this power supply works great.

Yes, so long as you have some headroom with the total power for your build that will work just fine (if you put all your parts into a pcpartspicker list it will give you total power...you are better off having some headroom to work with so if you're close to 500 or 550W, go with something at higher capacity). These particular units are better than the older Corsair CX series psu's, most of which were bad, so you can be confident in the quality.

will this work for a replacement power supply for my PC?

The original power supply in your computer was a ATX 460W, so this 550W should be able to handle it.  It also has the correct connectors to hook up to your motherboard.  Just keep in mind if you've added more than 1 hard drive to case or a beefy graphics card, then you may need to go to a 650W or 750W.  If the original computer hasn't been upgraded much, then I would say go for it.  This power supply is still going strong for me.  It's been at least a year since installing in a computer.

Will This work with my Asus GT 1030?

It looks like yes, as the 1030 pulls under 100 watts for sure (closer to 80), leaving you with easily enough room to count wattage for cpu, ssd, cdrom, fans, etc.  Also it looks like the 1030 doesn't even have external power demands and draws what it needs through the pins on the PCB, so you won't have to worry about the connections for the GPU card.

google "asus power supply calculator" and use the first link to make sure you are within the wattage of your needs, though i believe you'll probably be well within the range you need with 550 watts, and might even be able to go lower.  Aim for 60-80% usage of the total wattage when all components are going full tilt in your computer if you can.
