Does the Corsair HX1000i come with an iCue cable?

Yes it does. It connects from the PSU to a USB 2.0 internal header on the motherboard. Most modern motherboards will contain at most 2 of them at the bottom of the board.

Corsair's website says this is ATX 3.1 certified, but newegg says only ATX 3.0. Which is correct?
