Works great for iMac 5K Late 20154/26/2016 5:02:47 PM
Pros: Works great for iMac 5K Late 2015!
Cons: None
Overall Review: Make sure you are getting the pair of sticks that actually came in one clam shell packaging.
There was another pair that I bought from a different vendor, two memory sticks came in two different clamshells, that pair didn't work.
Works ok, but one stick was DOA.2/1/2022 10:55:38 PM
Cons: One stick was DOA, but wasn't worth the effort to return.
Overall Review: It helps my wife's laptop, as 4 GB was just not enough. 12 is tolerable for her uses. Would have been nice to receive two working sticks of RAM, but it was cheap so wasn't worth the time and effort to ship it back.
Manufacturer Response:
Hello,
We thank you for your review and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. However, we request you to please provide us the details of the problem so that we would be able to help you in the best possible way.
Pros: Arrived sooner than expected, easy to replace the old memory with the new, system picked it up right away and hopefully will run things faster with double the ram
Cons: Wish my laptop could handle more than 16gb but this will suffice
Overall Review: Quick shipping, good price, pleased with the experience
Overall Review: Got here quickly.
Fair price.
Glad you had it in stock. All other sites, including Crucial's, had it on out of stock for the last three months.
It was easy to install, following Apple's directions. Be wary of some "expert" online instructions for slot installation order, as they are contradictory. Do your homework for your device, and verify the proper order.

Compatible and slight OC in HP Elitebook 840 G2 (i5-5)6/17/2020 5:47:25 PM
Overall Review: Crucial website indicated this RAM was compatible, so far so good. CPU-Z reports this as valid Crucial Memory; 16GB (8GB/slot) @ 1863 Mhz; 1.35V. Good RAM, worth the extra money.
HP Elitebook 840 G2/i5-5300 - which is spec'd for DDR3L-1600. Slight overclock is noticeable, IMO.
BUT...It took me over a MONTH, and multiple e-mails to the vendor, to finally receive product. Vendor (Storage Experts) was responsive - and I understand the Covid delays - but the original shipment (from China) never made it. If they'd have stated "extended shipping/transit delays" I would have purchased from another vendor. 5 stars for the RAM; deducted 1 for the hassle.
Pros: -Known compatibility if you check against Crucial's website -Good price
Cons: -None that I can think of
Overall Review: I'm partial to Crucial because they make quality products and their website lays out very clearly what's compatible with your system.
